We endeavour to ship all our products promptly and packaged in excellent condition.
Parcels should be sent within 2 - 5 days of order reciept, but in the case of preorders dates are as advised. You will be sent a dispatched email when the item is dispatched.
Please take into account bank holidays, weekends and other holiday periods with postage restrictions i.e Christmas.
To keep things simple we have 3 postage rates which apply to the UK only!
Cost's for shipping are based on order value.
Rate 1 - Spend Between £0 and £9.99 and the UK Shipping cost is £2.95
Rate 2 - Spend Between £9.99 and £79.99 and the UK Shipping cost is £4.95
Rate 3 - Spend £80 or over and UK shipping is FREE!!!
We will ship worldwide, but International buyers must ask for a shipping quote prior to buying. Fees for shipping on this site are for UK only.

To help save on overseas shipping costs, if asked we will quote for send products loose. i.e without there original packaging. This will save on the overall size of the outer package and may save money for you. Items will still have the same retail and orders completed in this manner will not qualify for refunds or returns. This applies to orders of 4 figures or more only.
This service is for overseas customers only as UK rates are set as above.
Many questions are asked regarding Action figures postage. As a rough guide see below:-
1 figure sent MOC boxed is £6 GBP
2 figures sent MOC boxed is £9 GBP
4 figures sent MOC boxed is £18 GBP
4 figures sent loose boxed is £12 GBP
Please note that once weight exceeds 2kg then cost does increase. A 12 figure cases will cost around £70 sent via courier with tracking and insurance inc.
Figures with BAF pieces, Twin packs and non humanoid shape figure eg Daleks, Davros may cost extra than stated above due to increased weight.
RETURNS
We hope that no product will ever need to be returned but once its left us we rely on others to deliver it safely. In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt with a description of what is wrong. We will arrange for a refund or replacement. However, it maybe necessary for you to return the item to us before this can be arranged.
If you feel that the item is not as described please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt with a description. We will ask for the item to be returned and arrange a refund. Items need to be returned in the same salable condition that they left the warehouse for a refund to be given. We will only refund the cost of the item not any postage costs incurred
